  • Social Work
    Our Social Work teams play a crucial role in creating safe, supportive environments for the children and young people in our care. They are key in ensuring our fostering services operate effectively, offering essential support to foster carers and meeting the needs of children with professionalism and compassion.
  • Family Finders
    Our Family Finding teams are dedicated to connecting children with safe, loving and nurturing homes. This includes our Carer Recruitment, Assessment and Referrals teams, who work hard to find families and match each child with the right foster carers. Whether you’re passionate about recruiting new foster carers or helping children find homes filled with love, a career in these teams means you’ll be making a heartfelt difference in young lives.
  • Central Services
    Our Central Services teams are at the heart of National Fostering Group, driving our ability to provide exceptional care and support to foster families and children across the UK.
