What to Expect
Below you will find an overview of what to expect during our hiring process, along with an estimated timeline for each stage. We want to ensure you're fully prepared, so if you scroll further we have given some additional tips and advice on how to navigate each part of the process with confidence.

Application
1
1-2 hours
To support safer recruitment, we ask all candidates to complete a full application form. This ensures we gather all the necessary information about you in relation to the role and meet our safeguarding responsibilities.

Interview
2
1 hour
You will then take part in an interview process where we’ll discuss your experience, motivations and alignment to our Group. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about the role and us. We want to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone.

Pre employment Checks

3 weeks
Before you start your role, we will need to complete the necessary pre-employment checks. This ensures we meet our safer recruitment practices and maintain a secure environment for those we support

Induction

2 weeks
As a new starter, you’ll receive a tailored induction to help you settle in and ensure you have all the support and information you need to succeed in your role.
