With over 20 years experience, National Fostering Group is the largest independent children's fostering group in the UK with a community of over 2,500 foster carers.

As a Group, we work with Local Authorities to provide the highest quality of care for children and young people. All of our fostering agencies are officially recognised by Ofsted, Welsh and Scottish regulators as either ‘Outstanding’ or ‘Good’ which we are extremely proud of.

We also offer a 4 day working week - this means 80% of the hours for 100% pay! This will be given following a successful 6 month probationary period and is a performance based benefit.

About the Role

The Creative Care Solutions Practitioner will focus on building creative, tailored care packages that meet the individual needs of children and young people in our foster care. You will work collaboratively with NFG agencies to design and deliver bespoke solutions, ensuring that each package not only supports the wellbeing and development of the child but also represents best value for the Local Authority.

You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the package, from initial design through to presenting formal offers to Local Authorities. You will keep the needs and best interests of children at the heart of your work, while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with Local Authorities

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a compassionate, creative and solution-focused individual who is committed to making a real difference in the lives of children and young people. You will have a strong understanding of their diverse and often complex needs and be confident in working collaboratively with a range of partners to develop tailored support packages.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as you’ll be working closely with NFG agencies and Local Authorities to bring together effective, child-centred solutions. You’ll need to be adaptable, proactive and driven by a genuine desire to help children thrive in environments where they feel safe and supported.

Experience in a similar role or within children's services would be an advantage.
