The role

We're looking for a Head of FP&A to join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. 

This role will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function in driving the strategic financial planning process and delivering meaningful insights to support data driven decision-making. This role is responsible for developing robust financial models, streamlining reporting processes and acting as a key interface between Finance, MI, Operations and the Executive team. 

As Head of FP&A you will also have oversight of team members and systems to ensure high-quality outputs, innovation and continuous improvement.

Who we are looking for

Our Head of FP&A will be an experienced FP&A leader with a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting—ideally within private equity-backed, multi-site organisations. You’ll bring proven experience driving finance transformation, business partnering with senior executives and delivering insights that influence strategic decisions.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have the ability to combine commercial awareness with strong technical skills, including knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI. You’ll also be an effective people leader, with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement across our finance function.
